Founded in 1977, Value Master Homes began with a simple commitment: to build homes of uncompromising quality for the families of Cold Lake, Alberta.
Over four decades later, that commitment remains the cornerstone of our business. We have grown from a small local builder to a comprehensive construction firm handling complex commercial projects, custom residential builds, and specialized services.
What has not changed is our family-owned approach. We treat every project with the utmost professionalism, ensuring that every detail meets our rigorous standards.
1977 Company Founded
Value Master Homes established in Cold Lake by Grant Benoit with a focus on quality residential framing.
1985 First Commercial Project
Successfully completed our first major commercial build, expanding our capabilities and team.
1995 Expanded to RTM Homes
Opened our dedicated RTM construction yard to serve rural clients with high-quality, transportable homes.
2005 Added Asbestos Removal
Achieved provincial certification to provide safe, professional hazardous material abatement.
2015 Modern Equipment Integration
